Strategi Menyelenggarakan Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Nias Utara 2024: Dana Hibah dan Penyelenggaraan yang Efektif!
DATA NIAS | Dalam rangka penyiapan Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Nias Utara yang akan berlangsung tahun 2024, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) telah memastikan kerja sama dengan Pemerintah setempat. Keduanya telah menyetujui jumlah dana hibah Pilkada yang mencapai Rp22,5 miliar. Pencairan dana ini akan dilakukan dalam dua tahapan yang telah disepakati bersama.
Helpianus Gea, selaku anggota KPU Kabupaten Nias dari Divisi Teknis Penyelenggaraan Pemilu, mengungkapkan kesepakatan rinci tentang pencairan dana hibah tersebut. Dikatakannya, dana hibah tersebut akan dicairkan dalam dua fase, dimana tahap pertama akan disalurkan sebesar 40 persen dan tahap kedua sebesar 60 persen.
Ditempat yang sama, Ramaeli Lase, Koordinator Divisi SDM dan Parmas KPU Kabupaten Nias Utara, menambahkan bila hibah Pilkada ini masih belum disalurkan oleh Pemerintah daerah. Alasannya, masih diperlukan waktu untuk mempersiapkan rancangan anggaran dan saat ini sedang dibuat oleh pihak KPU Nias Utara.
Dana hibah yang diperuntukkan bagi Pilkada tersebut, akan diprioritaskan untuk persiapan logistik, gaji bagi badan Adhoc tingkat PPK dan PPS, serta gaji Sektretariat PPK dan PPS. Sedangkan Pantarlih dan KPPS hanya akan dihargai oleh Provinsi sebesar Rp2 miliar.
Selanjutnya, Pemungutan Suara Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Nias Utara dijadwalkan akan berlangsung pada tanggal 27 November 2024. Kalender acara ini didasarkan pada Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Nomor 2 Tahun 2024. Peraturan tersebut berisi tentang tahapan Pemilihan Gubernur Dan Wakil Gubernur, Bupati Dan Wakil Bupati, Serta Walikota Dan Wakil Walikota tahun 2024.
Dengan adanya bantuan hibah Pilkada ini, diharapkan penyelenggara pemilihan di Nias Utara dapat berjalan lancar serta mampu memfasilitasi proses demokrasi yang adil dan transparan.

In preparation for the election of Regent and Deputy Regent of North Nias which will take place in 2024, the General Election Commission (KPU) has ensured cooperation with the local government. Both have agreed on the amount of regional election grant funds reaching IDR 22.5 billion. The disbursement of these funds will be carried out in two mutually agreed stages.
Helpianus Gea, as a member of the Nias Regency KPU from the Election Administration Technical Division, revealed a detailed agreement regarding the disbursement of the grant funds. He said that the grant funds would be disbursed in two phases, where the first phase would be distributed at 40 percent and the second phase at 60 percent.
In the same place, Ramaeli Lase, Coordinator of the Human Resources and Community Services Division of the North Nias Regency KPU, added that the Regional Election grants have not yet been distributed by the regional government. The reason is that time is still needed to prepare a draft budget and it is currently being prepared by the North Nias KPU.
The grant funds intended for the Pilkada will be prioritized for logistical preparations, salaries for Adhoc bodies at the PPK and PPS levels, as well as salaries for the PPK and PPS Secretariat. Meanwhile, Pantarlih and KPPS will only be valued by the Province at IDR 2 billion.
Furthermore, the voting for the election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of North Nias is scheduled to take place on November 27 2024. This event calendar is based on the General Election Commission Regulation Number 2 of 2024. This regulation contains the stages for the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, As well as Mayor and Deputy Mayor in 2024.
