Pengadaan ASN Tahun 2024 di Kabupaten Nias Utara: Peningkatan SDM dan Pembangunan Daerah

DIDATA NIAS | Dalam acara penyerahan Surat Keputusan (SK) Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) serta SK Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Formasi Tahun 2023 yang berlangsung pada tanggal 24 April 2024, Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Utara telah melakukan penempatan personel baru. Acara tersebut berlangsung di Tribun Kabupaten Nias Utara dan dihadiri oleh Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Nias Utara, yakni Amizaro Waruwu dan Yusman Zega.

Penyerahan SK dilakukan langsung oleh Bupati dan Wakil Bupati kepada lulusan Politeknik Transportasi Darat Indonesia-Sekolah Tinggi Transportasi Darat (PTDI-STTD) Tahun 2023. Sejumlah 2 orang dari lulusan tersebut ditugaskan untuk berkontribusi dalam Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Nias Utara. Selain itu, Pemkab Nias Utara juga menyerahkan SK PPPK kepada 502 orang PPPK JF Guru, 164 orang PPPK JF Kesehatan, dan 1 orang PPPK JF Teknis.

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Amizaro Waruwu mengungkapkan bahwa Pemkab Nias Utara telah menggulirkan rencana pengusulan kebutuhan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk Tahun 2024. Rencana tersebut telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PAN RB) Republik Indonesia.

Adapun kebutuhan tersebut mencakup formasi PPPK Tenaga Guru sebanyak 487 orang, formasi CPNS Tenaga Kesehatan sekitar 40 orang dan formasi PPPK Tenaga Kesehatan sebanyak 47 orang. Tak ketinggalan, formasi CPNS Tenaga Teknis sejumlah 90 orang serta formasi PPPK Tenaga Teknis sebanyak 683 orang juga termasuk dalam pengusulan tersebut. Artinya, Pemkab Nias Utara memproyeksikan kebutuhan ASN Tahun 2024 sebanyak 1347 orang.

Pelaksanaan penambahan pengadaan ASN ini tidak hanya terkait dengan pendukung operasional Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Utara. Bupati Amizaro Waruwu juga menjelaskan bahwa ini merupakan upaya konkretnya dalam mewujudkan percepatan pembangunan daerah dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan Pemkab Nias Utara. Selain itu, ini juga menjadi upaya penuntasan penataan tenaga non ASN serta memberikan dukungan bagi lulusan baru. Procurement of ASN in 2024 in North Nias Regency: Increasing Human Resources and Regional Development

In the event of handing over the Decree (SK) for Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) as well as the Decree for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) Formation for 2023 which took place on April 24 2024, the North Nias Regency Government has carried out the placement of new personnel. The event took place at the North Nias Regency Tribune and was attended by the Regent and Deputy Regent of North Nias, namely Amizaro Waruwu and Yusman Zega.

The SK was handed over directly by the Regent and Deputy Regent to graduates of the Indonesian Land Transportation Polytechnic-Land Transportation College (PTDI-STTD) in 2023. Two of these graduates were assigned to contribute to the North Nias Regency Transportation Service. Apart from that, the North Nias Regency Government also handed over PPPK decrees to 502 JF Teacher PPPK people, 164 JF Health PPPK people, and 1 Technical JF PPPK person.

In his speech, Regent Amizaro Waruwu revealed that the North Nias Regency Government had rolled out a plan to propose the needs of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) for 2024. This plan had received approval from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB) of the Republic of Indonesia.

These needs include PPPK formations for Teachers as many as 487 people, CPNS formations for Health Workers around 40 people and PPPK formations for Health Workers as many as 47 people. Not to forget, the CPNS formation of Technical Personnel totaling 90 people and the PPPK formation of Technical Personnel totaling 683 people are also included in the proposal. This means that the North Nias Regency Government projects that the need for ASN in 2024 will be 1347 people.

The implementation of additional ASN procurement is not only related to operational support for the North Nias Regency Government. Regent Amizaro Waruwu also explained that this was a concrete effort to realize accelerated regional development and human resource development within the North Nias Regency Government. Apart from that, this is also an effort to complete the arrangement of non-ASN personnel and provide support for new graduates.
