Ranperda Kota Gunungsitoli: Sinergi Pemerintah dan DPRD untuk Peraturan Daerah Berkualitas

DIDATA NIAS | Pada hari Senin, 22 April 2024, Wali Kota Gunungsitoli, Bapak Sowa’a Laoli, S.E., M.Si memberikan pandangan akhir mengenai Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) terkait Penyelenggaraan Kearsipan di Kota Gunungsitoli dan Ranperda untuk Perubahan Ketiganya Peraturan Daerah Kota Gunungsitoli nomor 8 tahun 2016 tentang Pembentukan dan susunan perkembangan daerah Kota Gunungsitoli. Pada rapat paripurna Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD), Wali Kota Gunungsitoli menyatakan bahwa pandangan akhir ini adalah bagian dari proses pembahasan Ranperda. Menurutnya, proses ini telah melewati tahap pembahasan yang terpadu dan saling terintegrasi antara pemerintah Kota Gunungsitoli dan DPRD Kota Gunungsitoli.

Wali Kota Gunungsitoli turut mengapresiasi dukungan dan komitmen yang diberikan oleh seluruh anggota DPRD dan Panitia Khusus (PANSUS) DPRD Kota Gunungsitoli sepanjang proses pembahasan Ranperda ini. Selanjutnya, wali kota menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah memahami secara menyeluruh setiap pokok-pokok pikiran yang telah disampaikan melalui pendapat akhir dari masing-masing fraksi atas kedua Ranperda tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Wali Kota Gunungsitoli menyatakan sepakat bahwa Ranperda tersebut ditetapkan menjadi peraturan daerah.

Namun, beliau juga menyadari bahwa proses pembahasan Ranperda ini menimbulkan berbagai pendapat, ide, dan saran yang membangun. Tak dipungkiri, banyak perbedaan argumentasi dan silang pendapat yang terjadi. Menurut wali kota, hal ini merupakan dinamika yang wajar dan merupakan bagian dari proses pembahasan untuk melahirkan sebuah peraturan daerah yang baik dan berkualitas.

Wali kota menuturkan bahwa dialog dan lobi yang terjadi dalam proses pembahasan ini memperkaya substansi Ranperda. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak, khususnya para anggota dewan maupun PANSUS, sangatlah berarti dan memainkan peran penting dalam penantian Ranperda ini menjadi peraturan daerah.

Lebih lanjut, Wali Kota Gunungsitoli menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya kepada seluruh pihak yang telah terlibat dalam proses pembahasan ini. Beliau berharap bahwa peraturan daerah hasil dari Ranperda ini dapat membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Gunungsitoli dan dapat menjadi pondasi bagi perkembangan dan kemajuan Kota Gunungsitoli di masa mendatang.

Gunungsitoli City Regional Regulation: Synergy between the Government and DPRD for Quality Regional Regulations

On Monday, April 22 2024, the Mayor of Gunungsitoli, Mr. Sowa'a Laoli, S.E., M.Si gave his final views regarding the Draft Regional Regulations (Ranperda) regarding the Implementation of Archives in Gunungsitoli City and Ranperda for Amendments to the Three Regional Regulations of Gunungsitoli City number 8 2016 concerning the formation and structure of the regional development of Gunungsitoli City. At the plenary meeting of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), the Mayor of Gunungsitoli stated that this final view was part of the draft regional regulation discussion process. According to him, this process has gone through an integrated and mutually integrated discussion stage between the Gunungsitoli City government and the Gunungsitoli City DPRD.
