Sinkronisasi Rencana Kegiatan TP. PKK dan Dinas PMD Kota Gunungsitoli untuk Lomba Tingkat Provinsi 2024

DIDATA NIAS | Sehubungan dengan berlanjutnya aktivitas Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TP. PKK) di Kota Gunungsitoli untuk periode 2021-2024, serta penilaian yang berlangsung di desa binaan sebagai bagian dari kontes TP. PKK di tingkat provinsi Sumatera Utara tahun 2024, maka Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Kota Gunungsitoli, sebagai badan administratif dasar (Satminkal) dari kegiatan tersebut, mengadakan Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) dengan TP. PKK Kota Gunungsitoli. Tujuan dari rapat ini adalah untuk merencanakan dan mensinkronisasi berbagai rangkaian aktivitas yang akan dijalankan oleh setiap kelompok kerja (Pokja) TP. PKK dengan Dinas PMD Kota Gunungsitoli.

Rakor ini dilaksanakan menjelang Rapat Koordinasi SKPD, yang berlokasi di Ruang Rapat Lantai II Dinas PMD Kota Gunungsitoli pada tanggal 23 April 2024. Setiap Pokja menyampaikan berbagai tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam mengelola desa binaan mereka.

Hingga saat ini, beberapa Pokja telah dibentuk untuk mengelola berbagai desa binaan. Misalnya, Sekretariat TP. PKK telah membina Desa Gawu-gawu Bouse di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Utara dalam kontes Tertib Administrasi. Sedangkan Pokja I TP. PKK telah membina Desa Onozitoli Sifaoro’asi di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli dalam kontes Pola Asuh Anak dan Remaja (PAAR).

Selain itu, Pokja II TP. PKK telah membina Desa Lololakha di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Selatan dalam kontes Usaha Peningkatan Perekonomian Keluarga (UP2K), sementara Pokja III TP. PKK telah membina Desa Loloana’a Lolomoyo di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Utara dalam kontes Amalkan dan Kukuhkan Halaman Asri Teratur Indah dan Nyaman (Aku Hatinya PKK). Terakhir, Pokja IV TP. PKK telah membina Desa Nazalou Alo'oa di Kecamatan Gunungsitoli Alo’oa dalam kontes Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA) Test.

Menurut Ny. Veny Sowa’a Laoli, Ketua TP. PKK Kota Gunungsitoli, anggaran Dana Desa (ADD) di setiap desa binaan telah berhasil diproses, sehingga tidak ada hambatan dalam hal biaya bagi desa-desa binaan dalam berpartisipasi dalam lomba tersebut.

Pada akhir Rakor, Pj. Kepala Dinas PMD Kota Gunungsitoli, Mario Otomosi Zebua, SH., M.Si, menekankan pentingnya bagi setiap Pokja untuk menyampaikan indikator penilaian sesuai dengan kategori lomba dan apa yang perlu disiapkan oleh desa binaan dalam berkompetisi, sehingga dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi Dinas PMD Kota Gunungsitoli dalam Rakor SKPD, dan dapat langsung disampaikan kepada instansi terkait untuk berpartisipasi dan berkolaborasi.

Synchronization of TP Activity Plans. PKK and Gunungsitoli City PMD Service for the 2024 Provincial Level Competition

In connection with the continuing activities of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilization Team (TP.PKK) in Gunungsitoli City for the 2021-2024 period, as well as assessments taking place in the target villages as part of the TP contest. PKK at the North Sumatra provincial level in 2024, the Gunungsitoli City Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD), as the basic administrative body (Satminkal) for this activity, will hold a Coordination Meeting (Rakor) with the TP. Gunungsitoli City PKK. The purpose of this meeting is to plan and synchronize various series of activities that will be carried out by each TP working group (Pokja). PKK with the Gunungsitoli City PMD Service.

This coordination meeting was held ahead of the SKPD Coordination Meeting, which was located in the Meeting Room Floor II of the Gunungsitoli City PMD Service on April 23 2024. Each Working Group conveyed the various challenges they faced in managing their assisted villages.

To date, several Working Groups have been formed to manage various assisted villages. For example, the TP Secretariat. The PKK has developed Gawu-gawu Bouse Village in North Gunungsitoli District in the Orderly Administration contest. Meanwhile, Working Group I TP. PKK has developed Onozitoli Sifaoro'asi Village in Gunungsitoli District in the Parenting Patterns for Children and Adolescents (PAAR) contest.

Apart from that, Working Group II TP. PKK has developed Lololakha Village in South Gunungsitoli District in the Family Economic Improvement Business (UP2K) contest, while Pokja III TP. PKK has developed Loloana'a Lolomoyo Village in North Gunungsitoli District in the Practice and Confirm Beautiful, Beautiful and Comfortable Lawn Contest (I am PKK's Heart). Finally, Working Group IV TP. PKK has developed Nazalou Alo'oa Village in Gunungsitoli Alo'oa District in the Visual Inspection Acetic Acid (IVA) Test contest.

According to Mrs. Veny Sowa'a Laoli, Chair of TP. Gunungsitoli City PKK, the Village Fund budget (ADD) in each assisted village has been successfully processed, so that there are no obstacles in terms of costs for the assisted villages in participating in the competition.

At the end of the Coordination Meeting, Acting. Head of the Gunungsitoli City PMD Service, Mario Otomosi Zebua, SH., M.Si, emphasized the importance for each Working Group to convey assessment indicators according to the competition category and what the target village needs to prepare in competing, so that it can be taken into consideration by the City PMD Service Gunungsitoli in the SKPD Coordination Meeting, and can be directly conveyed to the relevant agencies to participate and collaborate.
