Edukasi Hukum Untuk Pelajar: Transformasi Positif Melalui Program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah

DATA NIAS | Mengeksplorasi pentingnya pengetahuan hukum sejak usia muda, tim Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli berkomitmen untuk merambah selebar mungkin melalui serangkaian sesi edukasi hukum untuk pelajar. Sulaiman A Rifai Harahap, SH, yang mengetuai seksi Intelijen di Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli, dalam percakapannya dengan rri.co.id, menyampaikan bahwa program ini dirancang untuk menginjeksi pemahaman hukum kepada pelajar sejak usia muda. Tujuannya adalah agar mereka mampu memahami dan membedakan antara perbuatan yang sesuai dan yang menyalahi hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Harapan kami, kata Harahap, adalah program edukasi hukum ini diharapkan dapat berfungsi sebagai platform untuk memperluas pengetahuan hukum siswa dan menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran. Nilai-nilai ini sangat penting bagi pembentukan karakter siswa sebagai generasi berikutnya dari bangsa ini.

Selain itu, program Jaksa Masuk Sekolah ini bertujuan untuk membentuk pemuda dan pemudi yang menghormati hukum dan perundangan yang ada. Program ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada siswa untuk mengambil bagian dalam membagikan informasi ini ke orang-orang di sekitar mereka dan menjauhkan diri dari berbagai bentuk kenakalan remaja.

Exploring the importance of legal knowledge from a young age, the Gunungsitoli District Attorney's team is committed to spreading it as widely as possible through a series of legal education sessions for students. One of them is a direct legal approach to schools, which this team recently carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Hiliduho, Nias Regency. This initiative falls within the framework of a program called the School Entry Prosecutor (JMS), with the theme "Children in Conflict with the Law."

The aim is for them to be able to understand and differentiate between actions that comply with and those that violate the laws in force in Indonesia.

Our hope, said Harahap, is that this legal education program can function as a platform to expand students' legal knowledge and instill values ​​such as honesty. These values ​​are very important for the formation of students' character as the next generation of this nation.

Apart from that, the School Admissions Attorney program aims to form young men and women who respect existing laws and regulations. This program is also intended to provide insight for students to take part in sharing this information with the people around them and distance themselves from various forms of juvenile delinquency.
