Awas! Sanksi Tertentu Menanti PKL Tak Taat Aturan di Gunungsitoli!

DIDATA NIAS | Masyarakat Gunungsitoli, khususnya pedagang kaki lima (PKL), diberi arahan oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) kota setempat untuk tidak melakukan transaksi bisnis atau perdagangan di trotoar, depan toko/rumah, zona hijau, atau facilias publik lainnya. Mereka juga diperintahkan untuk tidak mendirikan struktur bisnis apapun di luar lokasi yang sudah ditunjuk secara resmi oleh pemerintah daerah.

Adapun transaksi-transaksi tersebut diharapkan tidak merugikan dalam hal kebersihan, estetika, ketertiban, keamanan, dan kenyamanan masyarakat umum. Penegasan ini disampaikan oleh Ibu Emilia Gulo, Kepala Bidang ketertamran dan Ketertiban Umum serta Perlindungan Masyarakat Umum Satpol PP Kota Gunungsitoli.

Menurut beliau, peringatan ini berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) kota Gunungsitoli No. 4 Tahun 2016 mengenai Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyrakat, khususnya pasal 35, ayat 1-3. Ibu Gulo juga mempertegas bahwa masyarakat yang mengabaikan peringatan ini akan mendapatkan sanksi sesuai dengan Perda No. 4 tahun 2016, pasal 57 ayat 1. Sanksi ini meliputi sanksi administratif hingga pidana dengan ketentuan pelaksanaan yang diatur lebih lanjut dalam peraturan Walikota Gunungsitoli.

"Pemerintah Kota Gunungsitoli memberikan dukungan penuh bagi PKL yang berjualan di lokasi yang sudah ditentukan, contohnya di Pasar Nou dan beberapa lokasi lainnya. Tujuan utama kami adalah menjaga ketertiban dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat. ” ungkap Ibu Gulo pada hari Selasa (30/4/2024).

Selain itu, Ibu Gulo juga mengharapkan kepada masyarakat untuk tidak merusak spanduk peringatan berdasarkan Perda Kota Gunungsitoli No. 4 Tahun 2016 tentang ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat yang sudah dipasang di beberapa lokasi di Kota Gunungsitoli.

The Gunungsitoli community, especially street vendors (PKL), were given directions by the local city Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) not to carry out business transactions or trade on sidewalks, shop/house fronts, green zones, or other public facilities. They were also ordered not to establish any business structures outside the locations officially designated by the regional government.

It is hoped that these transactions will not be detrimental in terms of cleanliness, aesthetics, order, security and comfort of the general public. This confirmation was conveyed by Mrs. Emilia Gulo, Head of the Public Order and Public Order and Public Protection Division of the Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP.

According to him, this warning is based on Gunungsitoli City Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 4 of 2016 concerning Public Order and Community Peace, especially article 35, paragraphs 1-3. Mrs. Gulo also emphasized that people who ignore this warning will receive sanctions in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2016, article 57 paragraph 1. These sanctions include administrative to criminal sanctions with implementation provisions which are further regulated in the Gunungsitoli Mayor's regulations.

"The Gunungsitoli City Government provides full support for street vendors who sell in designated locations, for example at Nou Market and several other locations. Our main goal is to maintain order and comfort for the community," said Mrs. Gulo on Tuesday (30/4/2024 ).

Apart from that, Mrs. Gulo also hopes that the public will not damage the warning banners based on Gunungsitoli City Regulation No. 4 of 2016 concerning public order and community peace which has been installed in several locations in Gunungsitoli City.
