Satpol PP Gunungsitoli Beri Sosialisasi bagi PKL

DIDATA NIAS | Unit Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Gunungsitoli terus menjalankan inisiatif sosialisasi kepada para pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Tujuannya adalah untuk mencegah mereka berjualan di lokasi yang telah ditetapkan sebagai zona larangan oleh pemerintah kota setempat. Sosialisasi ini adalah bagian dari penerapan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kota Gunungsitoli No. 4 Tahun 2016 mengenai ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat.

Kepala Bidang Ketentraman, Ketertiban Umum, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Satpol PP Kota Gunungsitoli, Emilia Gulo, SE, mengungkapkan bahwa sosialisasi ini dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, termasuk pemasangan spanduk di lokasi strategis, seperti pasar pagi, dan himbauan langsung oleh personil Satpol PP di wilayah kota.

Himbauan ini tertuju kepada berbagai jenis PKL, termasuk penjual buah di depan Warung Mie Aceh di jalan Diponegoro, para penjual batagor keliling di sekitar depan BNI Gunungsitoli dan PKL yang beroperasi di depan parkir RSUD Thomson serta Pegadaian.

Emilia menekankan bahwa PKL yang tidak mematuhi sosialisasi dan himbauan ini akan mendapat penindakan dari Satpol PP Kota Gunungsitoli. Penindakan ini melibatkan penertiban barang dagangan mereka dan penyerahan langsung kepada piket yang berada di kantor Satpol PP Gunungsitoli.

Barang yang telah ditertibkan dan diambil dari lokasi yang mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat akan diproses dengan tindakan administrasi yang sesuai dengan pasal 35 dan 57 Perda Kota Gunungsitoli No. 4 Tahun 2016.

Sebagai bagian dari tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, Emilia menambahkan bahwa personil Satpol PP Kota Gunungsitoli setiap harinya melaksanakan tugas mulai dari pukul 07.00 WIB sampai pukul 21.00 WIB. Selain disiplin, tegas, dan solid, mereka juga diharapkan untuk bertindak secara humanis dalam upaya menjaga kota Gunungsitoli agar tetap aman, tertib, dan kondusif.

Emilia juga menghimbau para PKL untuk tidak berjualan di lokasi yang bisa mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat dan merusak spanduk yang berisi himbauan Perda. Dia berharap agar mereka patuh terhadap Perda Kota Gunungsitoli No. 4 Tahun 2016 demi ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat.

Gunungsitoli Satpol PP Provides Outreach for Street Vendors

The Gunungsitoli City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) continues to carry out outreach initiatives to street vendors (PKL). The aim is to prevent them from selling in locations that have been designated as prohibited zones by the local city government. This socialization is part of the implementation of Gunungsitoli City Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 4 of 2016 concerning public order and community peace.

Head of the Peace, Public Order and Community Protection Division of the Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP, Emilia Gulo, SE, revealed that this socialization was carried out in various ways, including placing banners in strategic locations, such as the morning market, and direct appeals by Satpol PP personnel in the city area .

This appeal is aimed at various types of street vendors, including fruit sellers in front of Warung Mie Aceh on Jalan Diponegoro, mobile batagor sellers around the front of BNI Gunungsitoli and street vendors operating in front of the Thomson Hospital parking lot and Pegadaian.

Emilia emphasized that street vendors who do not comply with this socialization and appeal will receive action from the Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP. This action involved controlling their merchandise and handing it over directly to pickets at the Gunungsitoli Satpol PP office.

Goods that have been controlled and taken from locations that disrupt community activities will be processed with administrative action in accordance with articles 35 and 57 of Gunungsitoli City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2016.

As part of their duties and responsibilities, Emilia added that Gunungsitoli City Satpol PP personnel carry out duties every day from 07.00 WIB to 21.00 WIB. Apart from being disciplined, firm and solid, they are also expected to act humanely in an effort to keep the city of Gunungsitoli safe, orderly and conducive.

Emilia also appealed to street vendors not to sell in locations that could disrupt community activities and damage banners containing the Regional Regulation's appeal. He hopes that they will comply with Gunungsitoli City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2016 for the sake of public order and public peace.
