Pembacokan di Nias Utara: Pelaku Dirangkus Polisi Setelah Menyerahkan Diri

DIDATA NIAS | Seorang warga Dusun I Desa Sifaoro'asi Kec. Afulu Kab. Nias Utara bernama IH alias Ama Emki (45) telah diamankan oleh personil Polsek Lahewa karena diduga sebagai pelaku pembacokan terhadap tetangganya sendiri, SH alias Ama Domi (36). Penangkapan ini dilakukan pada Sabtu pagi (20/04/2024), seperti yang dikonfirmasikan oleh Kapolsek Lahewa, Iptu Sugiabdi, SH dalam percakapan teleponnya dengan Kasi Humas Polres Nias, Iptu Osiduhugo Daeli.

Menurut penjelasan Iptu Sugiabdi, penangkapan dilakukan setelah mereka menerima informasi bahwa pelaku ingin menyerahkan diri. Berangkat dari informasi itu, dua personil, Kanit Intel Bripka Kasieli Telaumbanua, dan Briptu Juskar Gulo, dikirim ke lokasi yang telah ditentukan — tidak jauh dari rumah Yustina Hulu. Pelaku menyerahkan diri tanpa perlawanan dan selanjutnya dibawa ke Mapolsek Lahewa untuk diperiksa.

Dalam penyelidikan awal, pelaku mengaku melakukan pembacokan karena sering diprovokasi oleh korban setiap kali korban mabuk. Namun, Iptu Sugiabdi menambahkan bahwa keterangan ini masih bersifat sepihak dan bisa berubah sesuai hasil penyelidikan lebih lanjut.

Kejadian pembacokan ini sendiri terjadi pada Kamis (18/04/2024) sekitar pukul 19.30 WIB, yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal di tempat dengan beberapa luka bacok.

Kapolres Nias, AKBP Revi Nurvelani,SH,S.IK,MH mengapresiasi kerja keras personil Polsek Lahewa dalam menangkap pelaku dengan cara humanis dan negosiasi. Dia berharap penangkapan ini bisa menjadi penyadaran bagi masyarakat.

Sementara itu, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Lahewa Aiptu Saad P. Zebua mengatakan, pelaku sementara ini dijerat dengan Pasal 349 subs 338 KUHPidana, dengan ancaman hukuman seumur hidup atau paling rendah 20 tahun penjara.

Stabbing in North Nias: Perpetrator Arrested by Police After Surrendering Himself

A resident of Hamlet I, Sifaoro'asi Village, District. Afulu District. North Nias named IH alias Ama Emki (45) has been arrested by Lahewa Police personnel because he is suspected of being the perpetrator of the stabbing of his own neighbor, SH alias Ama Domi (36). This arrest was made on Saturday morning (20/04/2024), as confirmed by the Lahewa Police Chief, Iptu Sugiabdi, SH in a telephone conversation with the Head of Public Relations of the Nias Police, Iptu Osiduhugo Daeli.

According to Inspector Sugiabdi's explanation, the arrest was made after they received information that the perpetrator wanted to surrender. Based on this information, two personnel, Head of Intelligence Unit Bripka Kasieli Telaumbanua, and Brigadier Juskar Gulo, were sent to a predetermined location — not far from Yustina Hulu's house. The perpetrator surrendered without resistance and was then taken to Lahewa Police Headquarters for questioning.

In the initial investigation, the perpetrator admitted to carrying out the stabbing because he was often provoked by the victim whenever the victim was drunk. However, Inspector Sugiabdi added that this information was still one-sided and could change according to the results of further investigations.

The stabbing incident itself occurred on Thursday (18/04/2024) at around 19.30 WIB, which resulted in the victim dying on the spot with several stab wounds.

Nias Police Chief, AKBP Revi Nurvelani, SH, S.IK, MH appreciated the hard work of Lahewa Police personnel in arresting the perpetrators in a humane and negotiated manner. He hopes that this arrest can raise awareness for the community.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Lahewa Police, Aiptu Saad P. Zebua, said that the perpetrator was currently charged under Article 349 subs 338 of the Criminal Code, which carries the threat of a life sentence or a minimum of 20 years in prison.
