Edukasi Hukum untuk Pelajar oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli

IDDATA NIAS | Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli terus berupaya meningkatkan pengetahuan pelajar tentang hukum melalui program "Jaksa Masuk Sekolah (JMS)". Seksi Intelijen Kejari Gunungsitoli, dengan tema "Tindak Pidana Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE)", kali ini mengunjungi SMK Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli.

Sulaiman A Rifai Harahap, SH, Kepala Seksi Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli, mengungkapkan bahwa JMS bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi serta menyebarkan pemahaman hukum kepada pelajar. Tindakan ini dimaksudkan agar pelajar dari usia dini mampu melindungi diri mereka sendiri dari perilaku yang melanggar hukum.

"Salah satu fokus sosialisasi ini adalah tindak pidana informasi dan transaksi elektronik (ITE), terutama mengingat perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju saat ini," ungkapnya pada Kamis, 9 Mei, 2024.

Harahap juga menekankan, harapannya dengan program ini, pelajar dapat memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mereka. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kehidupan positif bagi generasi muda sebagai calon pemimpin bangsa Indonesia.

The Gunungsitoli District Prosecutor's Office continues to strive to increase students' knowledge of the law through the "Attorney to School (JMS)" program. The Intelligence Section of the Gunungsitoli Prosecutor's Office, with the theme "Criminal Crimes in Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE)", this time visited SMK Negeri 3 Gunungsitoli.

Sulaiman A Rifai Harahap, SH, Head of the Intelligence Section at the Gunungsitoli District Prosecutor's Office, revealed that JMS aims to provide education and spread legal understanding to students. This action is intended so that students from an early age are able to protect themselves from behavior that violates the law.

"One of the focuses of this socialization is information and electronic transaction (ITE) crimes, especially considering the increasingly advanced development of information technology today," he said on Thursday, May 9, 2024.

Harahap also emphasized that he hopes that with this program, students can broaden their horizons and knowledge. This program also aims to introduce and instill positive life values ​​for the younger generation as future leaders of the Indonesian nation.
