Menjamin Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan Berjalan dengan Tepat

DIDATA NIAS | Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Gunungsitoli, Parada Situmorang, mendorong unit pendidikan untuk menghindari penyimpangan dalam penggunaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (BSOP) pada tahun 2024. Parada menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan dana yang tepat sasaran, tepat kualitas, tepat waktu dan mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh unit pendidikan sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya (tupoksinya).

Parada Situmorang menjelaskan, "Prinsip dasar penggunaan BSOP harus mempertimbangkan fleksibilitas, efektivitas, efisiensi, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi". Ini disampaikannya saat menjadi pembicara dalam acara sosialisasi BSOP Tahun 2024 di hadapan para Kepala Sekolah SD-SMP Se-Kabupaten Nias Barat yang berlangsung di Takosa Hall Desa Onolimbu Kabupaten Nias Barat, pada hari Selasa, 7 Mei 2024.

Sosialisasi UU Kejaksaan dan Pencegahan Korupsi

Parada juga memberitahukan bahwa Kejaksaan telah mengadakan sosialisasi UU Nomor 16 tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan RI yang telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2021. Penjelasan tentang pasal 30 ayat 3 membahas peningkatan kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan pengamanan kebijakan penegakan hukum.

"Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran Kejaksaan dalam usaha pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi dan upaya penyelamatan serta pemulihan aset negara (penindakan)," ungkapnya.

Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh perwakilan dari Bupati Nias Barat, Asisten 3, Sabahati Gulo, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan pejabatnya, Penerangan Hukum Sekretariat Daerah dan para Kepala Sekolah SD-SMP Se-Kabupaten Nias Barat.

Telah dilaporkan bahwa para peserta merespon dengan antusias, mengajukan pertanyaan dan menyampaikan beberapa masalah hukum yang mereka hadapi dalam pengelolaan BSOP maupun masalah hukum lainnya. Acara ini dimulai dengan kata sambutan dari Sekretaris Jenderal Nias Barat, diikuti oleh perwakilan dari Bupati Nias Barat.

The Head of the Gunungsitoli District Prosecutor's Office, Parada Situmorang, encouraged education units to avoid irregularities in the use of Education Unit Operational Assistance Funds (BSOP) in 2024. Parada emphasized the importance of managing funds that are right on target, right quality, on time and able to resolve problems faced by the unit education in accordance with its main tasks and functions (tupoksi).

Parada Situmorang explained, "The basic principles of using BSOP must consider flexibility, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and transparency." He conveyed this when he was a speaker at the 2024 BSOP socialization event in front of the Principals of Elementary and Middle Schools throughout West Nias Regency which took place at Takosa Hall, Onolimbu Village, West Nias Regency, on Tuesday, May 7 2024.

Socialization of the Prosecutor's Law and Corruption Prevention

Parada also informed that the Prosecutor's Office had held socialization on Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor's Office which has been amended by Law Number 11 of 2021. The explanation of article 30 paragraph 3 discusses increasing public legal awareness and securing law enforcement policies.

"This socialization aims to increase the role of the Prosecutor's Office in efforts to prevent criminal acts of corruption and efforts to save and recover state assets (action)," he said.

This activity was also attended by representatives from the Regent of West Nias, Assistant 3, Sabahati Gulo, the Head of the Education Service and his officials, the Regional Secretariat Legal Information and Principals of Elementary and Middle Schools throughout West Nias Regency.

It has been reported that the participants responded enthusiastically, asking questions and conveying several legal problems they faced in managing the BSOP and other legal issues. This event began with welcoming remarks from the Secretary General of West Nias, followed by representatives from the Regent of West Nias.
