Progres Pengadaan Lahan untuk Pembangunan Gedung Kantor di Kabupaten Nias Utara

DIDATA NIAS | Dinas Perumahan, Kawasan Permukiman, dan Pertanahan (Perkim) Kabupaten Nias Utara telah maju dalam proses pengadaan lahan untuk pembangunan gedung kantor pemerintah yang belum terlaksana. Kepala Bidang Pertanahan Dinas Perkim, Irama Jaya Zebua, merinci kepada rri.co.id bahwa proses pengadaan lahan tersebut mencakup empat langkah utama, yakni perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyerahan. Semua tahapan tersebut telah berhasil dilakukan.

Dalam rincian tersebut, Zebua mencatat bahwa lahan seluas lebih dari empat hektar telah dibeli pada tahun 2022, dan lahan seluas sekitar satu hektar telah diperoleh pada tahun 2023. Jadi, totalnya, luas lahan untuk pembangunan kantor pemerintah sekarang mencapai sekitar enam hektar dan terletak di kawasan Gelanggang Olahraga (GOR) di desa Hilidundra, Kecamatan Lotu.

Untuk pengadaan lahan pada tahun 2022, dana yang dikeluarkan adalah sebesar Rp1,6 miliar, yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Nias Utara. Untuk pengadaan lahan pada tahun 2023, biaya yang dikeluarkan mencapai ratusan juta rupiah. Harga tanah ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh tim penilai yang ditunjuk oleh Bupati Nias Utara.

"Lahan yang telah dibeli oleh pemerintah daerah akan digunakan untuk pembangunan sejumlah kantor pemerintah, termasuk Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD), Dinas Perlindungan dan Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (P2AP2KB), Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Koperasi (Perindagkop), Dinas Sosial, Dinas Pertanian, Dinas Perikanan, Dinas Perhubungan, dan kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP)," ungkap Zebua, pada hari Jumat (10/5/2024).

Menurut Zebua, tahapan pembangunan gedung kantor pemerintah tersebut pada lahan yang telah dibeli pada tahun 2022 dan 2023, akan sepenuhnya menjadi kewenangan pemerintah Kabupaten Nias Utara.

In these details, Zebua noted that more than four hectares of land had been purchased in 2022, and about one hectare of land had been acquired in 2023. So, in total, the land area for the construction of government offices now reaches around six hectares and is located in the area Sports Arena (GOR) in Hilidundra village, Lotu District.

For land acquisition in 2022, the funds spent are IDR 1.6 billion, which comes from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of North Nias Regency. For land acquisition in 2023, the costs will reach hundreds of millions of rupiah. Land prices are determined based on the results of a survey conducted by a team of appraisers appointed by the Regent of North Nias.

"The land that has been purchased by the regional government will be used for the construction of a number of government offices, including the Environmental Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the Population Protection and Control and Family Planning Service (P2AP2KB), the Cooperative Industry and Trade Service (Perindagkop) ", Social Service, Agriculture Service, Fisheries Service, Transportation Service, and the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) office," said Zebua, on Friday (10/5/2024).

According to Zebua, the stages of construction of the government office building on land that has been purchased in 2022 and 2023, will be entirely under the authority of the North Nias Regency government.
