Lantik TP-PKK Kecamatan Kabupaten Nias
IDATA NIAS | DPada acara pelantikan TP-PKK Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Nias yang digelar oleh TP-PKK Kabupaten Nias, Ny. Marisi Arota Lase selaku Wakil Ketua memimpin rapat, yang diadakan di Ruang Rapat Sekretariat PKK Kabupaten Nias atau dikenal juga sebagai Pendopo. Majelis yang hadir memberikan selamat kepada para Ketua baru dari TP-PKK Kecamatan atas jabatan mereka yang baru.

Ny. Marisi menyerukan kepada semua penerima jabatan baru agar memastikan mereka melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka secara serius dan penuh tanggung jawab. Ia menekankan pentingnya bagaimana Ketua TP-PKK yang baru saja dilantik harus menjalankan 10 Program Pokok PKK, dengan tujuan untuk menerapkan kualitas keluarga yang lebih baik dalam semua aspek kehidupan mereka.
"Kerjasama adalah kunci,” ujarnya. “Terdapat banyak isu yang berhubungan dengan perempuan dan anak yang membutuhkan penanganan khusus. Mari kita tingkatkan kerja sama dan sinergi melalui kinerja yang baik serta memiliki postur tanggung jawab yang tinggi."
Pembicaraan oleh Yasowanolo Waruwu, S. Sos, selaku Staf Ahli Bupati Nias seiring arahan Bupati Nias. Mereka menghimbau semua anggota PKK agar bisa Meningkatkan Potensi Masyarakat, mengevaluasi program PKK berdasarkan kebutuhan masyarakat, mendorong kesejahteraan keluarga melalui penyuluhan, advokasi program PKK, dan juga menampung serta menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat.
Waruwu berharap penyertaan PKK memiliki visi ke depan, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan independensi finansial untuk tetap bertahan di tengah nuansa globalisasi yang semakin kompleks. "Para kader PKK perlu meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, menjadi peka terhadap isu-isu yang timbul dan melakukan program yang terarah dan efektif," ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Bupati Nias menegaskan perlunya adaptasi terhadap perubahan serta penyesuaian dengan kondisi dan situasi saat ini. Oleh karena itu, TP-PKK dituntut untuk mengeluarkan kreativitas dan inovasi terkini.

Inaugurates TP-PKK Nias Regency District
At the inauguration ceremony of the TP-PKK sub-districts throughout Nias Regency which was held by the TP-PKK Nias Regency, Mrs. Marisi Arota Lase as Deputy Chair chaired the meeting, which was held in the Nias Regency PKK Secretariat Meeting Room or also known as the Pendopo. The assembly present congratulated the new Chairmen of the District TP-PKK on their new positions.
Mrs. Marisi called on all new office recipients to ensure they carry out their responsibilities seriously and responsibly. He emphasized the importance of how the newly appointed TP-PKK Chair must carry out the 10 Main PKK Programs, with the aim of implementing better family quality in all aspects of their lives.
"Cooperation is key," he said. "There are many issues related to women and children that require special handling. Let's increase cooperation and synergy through good performance and having a high posture of responsibility."
Discussion by Yasowanolo Waruwu, S. Sos, as Expert Staff for the Regent of Nias in line with the direction of the Regent of Nias. They appealed to all PKK members to increase community potential, evaluate PKK programs based on community needs, encourage family welfare through counseling, advocacy for PKK programs, and also accommodate and channel community aspirations.
Waruwu hopes that PKK participation will have a vision for the future, an entrepreneurial spirit and financial independence to survive amidst the increasingly complex nuances of globalization. "PKK cadres need to improve their skills, become sensitive to issues that arise and carry out targeted and effective programs," he said.
Meanwhile, the Regent of Nias emphasized the need to adapt to change and adapt to current conditions and situations. Therefore, TP-PKK is required to bring out the latest creativity and innovation.
