Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban Bupati Nias Barat 2023: Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Capaian Kinerja Pemerintahan

DATA NIAS | Bupati Nias Barat, Khenoki Waruwu, telah menyajikan nota pengantar tentang Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) kepala daerah tahun anggaran 2023 dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Nias Barat. Rapat ini berlangsung di ruang sidang DPRD Nias Barat pada hari Rabu, tanggal 20 Maret 2024. Dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Nias Barat, Drs. Evolut Zebua. Hadir juga Sekretaris Daerah, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., beserta Staf Ahli Bupati, Asisten, Kepala OPD dan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Nias Barat.

Dalam nota pengantar tersebut, Bupati Waruwu menjelaskan beberapa hal penting terkait LKPJ, yang merupakan tanggung jawab konstitusional kepala daerah sesuai UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2014. Poin-poin seputar pengelolaan keuangan daerah, termasuk pendapatan, belanja dan pembiayaan daerah, dicapai tujuan, program pemerintah, pelaksanaan tugas-tugas pembantuan dan capaian indikator utama serta makro ekonomi berdasarkan RPJMD Kabupaten Nias Barat Tahun 2021-2026.

Bupati Waruwu juga menjelaskan bahwa total pendapatan daerah yang dirancang sebesar Rp. 769.159.706.894, namun baru terealisasi sebesar Rp. 755.844.009.148 atau 98.27%. Sedangkan total belanja daerah sejauh ini mencapai Rp. 738.167.344.151, 91.40% dari total belanja yang direncanakan sebesar Rp. 807.631.596.435. Beliau juga menambahkan bahwa surplus dari perhitungan anggaran tahun sebelumnya mencapai Rp. 56.134.890.165.

Beliau menekankan bahwa angka-angka ini belum termasuk hasil audit BPK atas LKPD Kabupaten Nias Barat tahun anggaran 2023.

Mengenai capaian tujuan dan program dari setiap bagian pemerintahan, dan capaian indikator utama dan makro ekonomi berdasarkan RPJMD Kabupaten Nias Barat Tahun 2021-2026, Bupati Waruwu berharap DPRD Nias Barat dapat melakukan pembahasan dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan ke depannya.

Statement of Accountability for the Regent of West Nias 2023: Financial Management and Government Performance Achievements

The Regent of West Nias, Khenoki Waruwu, has presented an introductory note regarding the Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) of regional heads for the 2023 fiscal year at the plenary meeting of the West Nias Regency DPRD. This meeting took place in the West Nias DPRD meeting room on Wednesday, March 20 2024. Chaired by the Chair of the West Nias Regency DPRD, Drs. Evolut Zebua. Also present were the Regional Secretary, Sozisokhi Hia, SH., MM., along with the Regent's Expert Staff, Assistants, Head of OPD and Members of the West Nias Regency DPRD.

In the introductory note, the Regent of Waruwu explained several important things related to LKPJ, which is the constitutional responsibility of regional heads according to Law Number 23 of 2014. Points regarding regional financial management, including regional income, expenditure and financing, achieving goals, government programs, implementation of assistance tasks and achievements of main and macroeconomic indicators based on the 2021-2026 West Nias Regency RPJMD.

The Regent of Waruwu also explained that the total planned regional income was IDR. 769,159,706,894, but only Rp. 755,844,009,148 or 98.27%. Meanwhile, total regional expenditure so far has reached Rp. 738,167,344,151, 91.40% of the total planned expenditure of Rp. 807.631.596.435. He also added that the surplus from the previous year's budget calculations reached Rp. 56.134.890.165.

He emphasized that these figures do not include the results of the BPK audit of the West Nias Regency LKPD for the 2023 fiscal year.

Regarding the achievement of goals and programs from each part of government, and the achievement of main and macroeconomic indicators based on the 2021-2026 West Nias Regency RPJMD, the Regent of Waruwu hopes that the West Nias DPRD can discuss and provide recommendations for future improvements.
